Actually this is to say that about my arrest warrant issued for my citation which i got on november 25th, 2014. I am an international student from india. on the day of november 25th,2014 i was going to india. i need to take a flight in houston, tx. becuase my car tyre got flat i was late to the airport. i need to check in before 90 minutes to the flight time. and i was in a hurry to the restroom. i got a citation from a state trooper for speeding. at that time i expalined everything to the police that i was going to india and i will be back in febraury,2015. he told me attend the court before december 17th,2014. but when i said about my travel, he said that there is no problem with that. you can come and attend the court after coming ti the united states. i called to the victoria county clerk and asked them about my ticket, they said it was not updated in their system. after that i went to india and i have a taken a operation for my bone problem and i was on bed rest for 4 months. i came to the united states on june 2nd, 2015. i called to the victoria county and asked them about my ticket. they said that i need to pay $711.11 and an arrest warrant has been issued on my driver's license. i told them everyting about what happened. they are simply saying that you should have informed us before. how can i inform to them i was on bed for more than 4 months. as i am international student i cant pay $711.11 dollars. please give me soultion for this. thank you
