My story is just like everyone eles.We went into to the fac to register for a free cruise.My husband won the put for the cruise.They told us the club would have activity for my daughter and that there would be golf scouts for her to have a chance of winning a golf scholship.They opened up a account with out us knowing we were given the impression that the club was fincining it for us also we would not have payments foe a year.They also said we would get referal checks for anyone who came in and took the tour did not have to buy.Told us of people that had paid their membership off with ref. All lies Ithought the co was very moral was I wrong.Contact me .We will take a stand.

I am seeing this posting late but how are these informational meetings being put together? Are you letting members know via this site? Not to rain your parade as to getting people together but I think if you are concerned you need to show up to the bankruptcy hearing in Nashville on 1/21/09 at 1pm. My wife and I was at the last hearing on 12/17 and will be at the next one.
