KIWI Carpet Cleaning RipOff Carrollton Texas

 On May 31, 2013, I called KIWI to discuss red fruit punch being spilled in my 2013 Audi A6 vehicle. They ensured me the could do it.  I scheduled the visit for Saturday, June 1, 2013.

The first tech came out about 9:00, he did not have enough supply to complete the project.  However, he placed a small sample of the red out on the mat to ensure he could get the dye/stain out.  Yes, he could.  We thought we were in business. He leaves and say, he will return in an hour.

Two hours past, no Tech.  I called the KIWI to see was everything okay.  I was told that Tech's car overheated and another Tech was in route.  Now, this Tech returns with not enough red out as well.  However, he can do it but not for what KIWI quoted.  He is doing a side hustle.  He quoted $295 + the original fee of KIWI ($70.71) + tax.  I told my husband, no am not paying that amount.  He need to discuss this with KIWI.  He leaves to go get more supply.

Mind you, I still have chemicals on my interior floor.  Call KIWI again, they are trying to get a Tech out. No Tech comes, he went home to have dinner with his family.

Monday, a Manager calls me to confirm everything for Tuesday.  I will not have to pay for the red out just the general cleaning which is $70 + tax. No problem.

Tuesday, the same Tech, who was trying to hustle my husband came back out.  My  husband explained to him what the Manager at KIWI said.  He calls his boss and they can not do it for that price.  I call KIWI and they are sending another Tech out.

To make a long story short, they get a word from the top, do not touch my car, its an expensive car and if they mess it up, they are going to be responsible. After giving me the run around all weekend, and two days into the next week, you will not clean my vehicle.  However, they were willing to give me a free carpet cleaning with a warranty in my house. Do you really think I would let you into my house!!!!

Never!!! I will never use KIWI nor recommend them to anyone. They couldn't clean my grass if it needed.  POOR services, no customer satisifaction, no trained tech, poor communication between employees and Management.
