Kleargear Kleargear = Shady company that will put itself out of business Grandville Michigan

Not all press is good press and oh how quickly word of mouth spreads when a company engages in bad/shady business practices. I will be here to see the fall of this shady business. 

I was thisclose to ordering products for a coworker from Kleargear. I have the products sitting in my cart now as I search for other products elsewhere on the internet. I am glad that I did after having read an article on how this company dinged a customer's credit report for giving the company a bad review after receiving poor customer service. I wonder if this crappy company knows it is in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act?

I guess this crappy company thinks it can provide poor customer service, offer no amenable recourse where all parties are satisfied and when a complaint is made, they ding that customer's credit report. That's shady business to me, especially when they establish a full of crap non disparagement clause that is hidden somewhere on their site and pops up during the checkout process. SHADY! SHADY! SHADY! 

That said, there are other business that offer similar products such as this shady company that do not engage in shady business such as this crappy mess called a business.

Save yourself headaches and a ding on your credit report by avoiding this company at all cost. No one should be subjected to this kind of abuse from anyone or anything.
