Kleritec sending products without being order, then demanding payment after product was shipped back. Sylmar California

Kleritec contacted me in October to notify me that I was chosen to receive a package of art supplies for my new prescool.  They told me that I was selected by Maryland State Department of Education as one of the schools to receive a package.  They stated that MSDE gave them a list of new providers in the Baltimore area and I was on the list.  They asked if I wanted the merchandise...I said sure then I was hit with the bomb...okay now you have to pay for the package.  Needless to say, I felt like an idiot.  The package came and I paid for it. 

Fast forward six months later...Kleritec is notifying me that the rest of my order is finally in and they are sending it to me and I will receive it in a few days.  I explained to the person on the phone that all of my products came in and I did not want anymore.  He sent it anyway and I refused the package when Fed-Ex try to deliver it. 

first of all, it took six months to get the products they supposely say are back ordered. Really!  I am sorry but I am not going to take products that I did not order.  This is a scam and I will not be pulled in any further.  Kleritek will need to stop or I will contact my Lawyer.  I hope someone from Kleritec will read this...
