First of all, the five page lease agreement is deliberately confusing and inaaccurate.

When I went to the store to purchase my items on the program, the only thing I was told

is that I would have payments then the option to buyout.I never signed no lease agreement.

I wound up paying over $800. for a $279 TV, before I realised.

DO NOT PLAY INTO THIS SCAM

Kmart will not tell you the real deal

check on your lease. Make sure you know what you are really gonna pay.
