My parents are a retired couple on a fixed income and entered into a land contract with Stephanie Handy, owner of KMS Property Management, almost 3 years ago.

They have just been informed that their farm, which they dreamed of having for years, has been forclosed on by the bank.

My parents have been paying $1100 per month and all tax obligations directly to Stephanie Handy, and obviously she has neglected to pay the bank for quite some time.
