The company KnC Miner AB is located in Sweden, Europe, producing specialized computers.
I ordered their Neptune Miner for $13,200 (with shippping) on 2nd December 2013 to be delivered around March/April 2014.
When it became clear that they can not deliver on time I requested a refund on 8 April 2014.
The company build a huge bitcoin mining operation and refuses to provide a refund date, stating only that "refund is ready to be processed." They continue their delay tacticts daily and refuse to refund or provide a refund date, even though it was already over 30 days.
The company is a total scam, investing client's money to make more than 400'000 US$ a day (according to press reports) while not refunding as promised.
