Arlene Knight and her attorney for Knight Vizion Enetertainment Group LLC. promised in writing to purchase my intellectual property but after paying several thousand dollars in attorney fees for contracts, she could not produce any money and refused to pay me for attorney fees.

Two years ago she approached me to buy my intellectual property for a mid six figure sum. Each time the money was to be available, she claimed to have some injury, sickness or other excuse why there was some wait and asked for my patience. Her attorney, I believe is also involved in this scam and refused to respond. Over the two years, she has lied several times and when I confronted her the last time still was making up stories and lies. She moves around so people cant serve her as I have sent out people to collect and confront her. She is a middle aged fat black woman who claims to have impeccable credentials and connections in Hollywood. She approached me through her collage friend and a former friend of mine who now refusing to assist in any way.

Filed complaints with CA Secretary of State as well as the Louisiana Secretary of State, the better business bureau, the writers and producers guild.
