KOLO HOLDINGS, LLC K Johnson used to be associated with WARNING! BUYER OR SELLERS BE EXTRA CAREFUL WHEN DEALING W/ K. MICHAEL JOHNSON ATLANTA, Georgia

I MR. KOMICHEL JOHNSON(Formerly associated with Renewal Investments = Source "just google his name")  IS WORKING UNDER OR WITH   KOLO HOLDINGS LLC. Even tho on paper Naterica is the official person connected or associated with KOLO Holdings LLC.... Mr.Komichel Johnson initiated contact with me, and worked the entire transaction from beginning to end.


I'm not sure  if they or him changed/switched company  name to KOLO HOLDINGS LLC,  from RENEWAL INVESTMENTS.. or if this just another company that he owns "under the table" or if he is just an employee. I'm not sure... But he (Komichel Jonson) is intricately woven into KOLO Holdings LLC.


I am a licensed Realtor in GA look up my name in the Georgia  real state commissioner website or goggle the property address 7299 Sandpiper way in Riverdale Georgia 30274 and you will see my information, it will be tied to that address.

I just closed a sale with KOLO Holdings, Mr. Komichel Johnson lied about mailing me a cashiers check for $1,000..... 3 weeks ago. 2 days after closing and we are still waiting for the check! 


This man told the Closing attorneys that he mail the cashiers check to my office several weeks before closing and neither my office nor myself have receive this "ghost" check. He went to closing, signed all the documents told the closing attorney he wired the money for the property.......... as of this morning  8/30/2012 (2days later), the attorney is asking me ...what should we do?

She still have not receive the cash!

Beware of doing business with this Komichel person, I can't speak for Naterica ( she is on the company annual registration with the state of Georgia under KOLO Holdings, llc.) because I have not interact with her one-on-one!  So, she might be a sweet and innocent person, but this Komichel Johnson is a bold face LIAR!!  


I goggled him this morning, and was astonished to see his VAST criminal background, where he allegedly  ripped off all these old people... How low can you go as a human being to steal from the helpless, geriatrics.... That is pitiful!!!! I also noticed that he was or still is associated with RENEWAL INVESTMENTS!


Well, not allegedly because he served time behind bars for it! Not enough time in my opinion!


Komichel Johnson is a LIAR!!!!!!!!!!! WARNING!!!!!!! BEWARE OF DEALING WITH MR KOMICHEL JOHNSON ...BE AFRAID.....BE VERY AFRAID!!!!! BUYERS AND SELLERS...BE AWARE OF THIS MAN!!!!!
