EBay Kongkoyla2007 D. OUANO Selling Defective Adult DVDs and will not respond to Buyer complaints from cheap Porn Houston Texas

As a merchant on eBay I purchase several items per month for my own personal use. I found an item for sale by kongkoyla2007 which was a DVD. I bid on and won two separate auctions for their Adult DVDs. Two days later I received an invoice for my winning bids. The two DVDs cost me $ .99 each and the combined shipping was $ 9.45 which seems excessive for two homemade amateur DVDs.

I sent a Postal Money Order in the amount of $ 11.43 for my purchase as required; the package arrived in about ten days. It was a cardboard CD mailer with two unmarked DVD-R discs inside. I would think for 9.45 in shipping charges the seller would spend more than 50 cents on an envelope and 75 cents in postage stamps.

I tried one of these DVDs in my computer and discovered some playback issues with Media Player. I could not forward or replay any part of the movie. But otherwise the movie seemed OK. When I tried the second Disc, the movie began to play with some horrible freezing, and crashing my computer. Further inspection
of the DVD revealed damage to the written surface.

These are either very cheap DVDs or there has been some mishandling of the finished DVDs. I opened a dispute with eBay regarding the defective merchandise, and this person selling the DVDs failed to respond after six weeks. Now I am posting this to Rip Off Report because I was cheated on my purchase. I can download better Porn on the Internet than there was on these two DVDs.

Anyone with a DVD burner can duplicate most CDs without any real expense. This person is known as kongkoyla2007 on eBay and has defrauded several buyers, only a few brave souls have posted negative feedback. kongkoyla2007 has also replied with their own retaliatory feedback, very unprofessional for an eBay member to harm a buyer's reputation.

My purchase was in good faith and the physical goods sent to me were questionable at best. I have formal education with UCC regulations in regard to International Commerce, and this purchase violates several of the regulations.

Where is the customer satisfaction with defective or damaged goods?
No Customer Service from this merchant.
How do I return the product if Customer Service will not respond?
This is a merchant who normally deals in this type of business, expectations are to a much higher standard.

I am disappointed with this person and will not do any business with this member in the future. Anyone who reads this post should investigate the feedback posted for this member kongkoyla2007 before considering a purchase. It is also possible for this person to register under another user ID without any feedback.
