I received a phone call from Koray Ergun of Buffalo, NY at 12AM which is a ridiculous hour to call any business for any reason. Nonetheless, I took the call and spoke to him. He wanted to ship his 2001 Lincoln Continental from FL to NY. I gave him an honest auto transport quote and explained the process in full detail. He suddenly started yelling at me and very rudely and arrogantly accused me of trying to price gouge him. I told him that I thought that his nasty and abhorrent behavior was inappropriate and immature and that he should address his anger issues with a professional counselor or anger management therapist, and not engage in business with anyone if this is how he intended on treating them. He replied, "wait until I fix your a** online!" He exhibited what I perceive as an “millennial entitlement attitude and social media empowerment complex”. Such an individual might also be described as a “social media terrorist”.

In my opinion based upon my own personal business dealing with this rotten customer, Koray Ergun is a millenial social media terrorist and a cyberbully, with an entitlement attitude and social media empowerment complex. If he doesn't like what he hears from any business owner, he proceeds to verbally abuse them and then threatens to bash their company's reputation online. 

As such, I would strongly suggest that any company seeking a hassle-free business transaction avoid doing business with Koray Ergun of Buffalo, NY.
