KORS SHOP Company charged my credit card but never sent order Corona CALIFORNIA

I purchased a Michael Kors tote bag advertised at $ 68.98 + $ 9.95 for shipping. The total was $ 78.90 on December 14, 2014.  They charged my credit card that day and sent me an e-mail an invoice number.  They said it would ship in approximately 9 - 14 days.  Here it is January 5, 2014 and I have not received the bag.  I looked up the address listed with USPS and no address exists.  I have sent four e-mails asking for the status of my account and have not received one response.  When I look up my account it states"sent to be made".  There is a lesson to be learned:  If it sounds to good to be true, it usually is not true.
