Kramer And Frankkramer And Frank Law Firm totally uncaring about what they are doing to people, they are rude, cruel and mean to get money regardles of putting people out on the street, also lieing ,threatning ,you name it St Louis Missouri

about 10 years ago someone gave my husband a capital one credit card, just to see how he liked it. well he used it to by some things we realy needed. gas for our car was one thing it was used for, well the payments got to like 50.00 a month and he was just paying the mimumen. something happened then they started adding late fees and interest. we were having a real hard time financially, my husband is disabled, he has had some severe health problems and couldnt keep jobs because of it.

well he just started paying how ever much he could pay per month. but they added more late fees and interest. the debt got up around 3000. . they took him to court a few years back and got judgment. we still couldnt pay it, they sued again. and all this time they are adding else with court costs. anyway we agreed to pay 10.00 a month which we did for two months ,we kept getting threatning letters from them and i reminded them they agreed to us paying the 10.00 a month ,they said well mam we wont refuse your money, my husbands ssd and ssi checks were direct deposit, we told them he was on disabilaty.

they waited until his june checks were in the bank then they put a levee on them. we had just sent out checks for the months bills , they were all returned except the one to kramer and frank. we had to pay fees for returned checks,after we called them about the checks they said they would settle for 900.00 , so we did a collection and sent them a casheers check for the 900, they said that would take care of it all. they were then supposed to release his money.

they have not done it yet. we would have been out on the street if it had not been for some good friends.they still send us thretning letters and talk of taking us to court again. if we had had anything they would have taken that to. my nerves are so bad ive had trouble sleeping and my blood pressure has been giving me problems. my husband has been worried wondering what they will come up with next and trying to keep all bills paid .

they said they didnt know that he was on disabilaty. but we told them he was. they are cruel ripoffs. im not able to work eather and im 74 years old.. i hope this makes sense , im realy nervouse . i have high blood pressure and other medical problems oh ps they are saying that his checks of a little bit over 600 and the 900 that friends helped us with only covered one account, now they are going to try to collect for the other.. we are not doing the direct deposit anymore . they will probably hound us for the rest of our lives and this debt is at least 10 years old , marie **** for tim ****
