Kratom Crazy, Kallum Mitterer Owner ,Revibe, Inc, QILICO.LTDAP, AP Superstore Kratom Crazy refuses to repond about an order that is suspected of not being Kratom at all or in parts. Product made both myself and wife very ill.  Internet

I have been using Kratom for several years with no issues but this product does not smell or have the same tecture as Kratom. I contacted the company several times regarding possible contamination and they refuse to respond even thought they offer a 100% money back. I paid 280.00 and received a bag of possibly grass or weeds. Possible serious health issues if tainted or not actually kratom.

I purchased 280.00 worth of Maeng Da from Kratom Crazy and after becoming sick I tried to contact them several times regarding the 100% money back they claim, and they refuse to respond. When contacting about a purchase they respond very quickly but after explaining my issue they do not respond back.

My concern is that this product may not even be Kratom. I have been using Kratom for several years and never had issues like this. The product they sent does not smell or have the same texture as Kratom I have used with no issues. This product that Kratom Crazy is selling may be nothing more than grass and weeds.

Because I purchased in bulk they claimed they only take C.O.D. so my recourse is only available through small claims which I will be filing.

They seem to have no proplem contacting you when they want to make a sale but refuse to respond when an issue comes up which should be a concern for anyone that is buying a product they ingest.

My complaint is that I paid for a product and did not recieve the product they advertised.

I have been buying kilos from Kratom Krazy for months and never had a problem untill the last 2 kilos. it felt very weak and made me sick. i went back to buying from wicked Kratom and there was a huge difference in taste and potency. i think krazy kratom just got a bad batch is all because ive used them in the past and it was very good. for a kilo at 75.00 you cant go wrong. at 130 a kilo from wicked kratom you can get different strains like i did... red horn and red borneo...  its a crap shoot i guess...

 They have done the exact thing to me. I got very sick. I tried to send it back to them 100% money back guarantee. The had me mail it to a residential adress in St.Louis. Then I didnt hear from them again. They wont return my emails. They have my money, my package and Im out some shipping costs.

This same thing has happened to me as well and they're stalling on my messages I have sent many messages one having not seen a reply since the 19th of december it is currently the 24th. I also returned the product we had agreed on and yet still no refund as I was told. I have pictures and proof of evidence.
