     I filed a report with the FBI today regarding Kratom Lounge. From what I understand Mark Taylor operates three well developed and seemingly trustworthy websites but they all perform the same scam. They bill you for product and don't ever send it or respond to any type of communication. They don't answer the phone, they don't answer emails and they address all complaints in a way to imply that it rarely happens or this is one time misunderstanding. I don't understand how they are getting away with this. One person who filed a complaint about a Salvia site that Mark Taylor apparently operates, said they are under federal investigation. Hopefully more people will take the time to complain to the authorities until something gets done. These websites are well promoted online and it is very difficult to find anything negative about them. Go look at comments on facebook and you can see some of their happy customers comments (not).

     My experience with this company was typical as those on facebook. I made an order for 52.50 plus 5.95 for priority mail. I waited a week after I received thier confirmation with my order number, and emailed them to provide tracking information. No answer. So I emailed the other two addresses asscociated with the site with the same query. No answer. So I began a little research and found out this is their modus operandi. I then checked my bank account and found that I had not been charged yet, luckily. I knew they would eventually get around to billing me so I cancelled my card instead of waiting to get ripped off. One thing I do know is that they do not use a point of service machine associated with their physical address, they are in Nevada and the POS is in California, which means they record your card information and then use a third party to debit your card and this transaction might not be encrypted. I didn't lose anything, but I am writing this to warn others not to trust this guys flashy websites and network of positive reviews. I might add that I am an ordinary citizen, not in anyway associated with the Kratom business, who likes Kratom and gets really pissed when people jerk me around.

I was contacted recently by Christina Parker who is part of the new ownership of Kratom Lounge. She offered to send me the order that I never received free of charge. I accepted the offer, but I felt a little embarrased about this since I was not originally charged for the order, so I was not been financially damaged. I resolved this problem in my own mind by the fact that I had invested my time trying to contact the company, making the complaint to the FBI, making the report to this website, and dealing with my bank when I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one. I also thought this would be a good opportunity to try the new Kratom Lounge product and give a review to potential customers. I can say that the order was sent immediately and I got it in a couple days.

The quality of the Maeng Da was as good as any I have tried so far. I am a heavy user, I take it daily not only to help lower my blood sugar, but as an antidepressant. I take between 16 and 24 grams a day so I have a pretty high tolerance. At 16 grams I had a very noticable intoxicating effect, so the alkaloid content is substantial. I have checked their prices, and they are comparable to many other sites that sell the same product. Of course you get a better deal when buying a larger quantity, so I would recomment buying as much as you can afford. Again, I thank Christina Parker for rectifying a problem that she was not responsible in creating. There needs to be more people like her in the business world.
