Kreative Loans, David Barnell, Stacy Wicks ripoff, loan broker scam, scamed out of $3000 Willowdale Ontario

I applied for a loan with this company after finding their loan application through a website that helped people with bad credit get loans. I was contacted 3 weeks after filling out the application to let me know I was approved, but that because of my bad credit I would need to secure the loan with $3000, which would be refunded to me after the first three loan payments were made on time. I did receive a 10 page contract from them, with what appeared to be an official seal of sorts on all the papers. I sent in the money, signed the contract and sent it back. I was told the money would be in my account 24-48 hours after payment was received. Because of this guarantee, I wrote a check to a lawyer to pay off a previous debt for $4500. The check bounced because no money was ever released. I now am out $3000, still have no loan, and I have a very angry lawyer after me for writing a bad check. The 800 number for the company is not working, but I do have a direct number for the loan broker I was dealing with, David Barnell. I have not been able to talk to anyone directly for 2 weeks, I just keep leaving voicemails until the mailbox is full. If this is how the company makes their money, by preying on desperate people who are in urgent need of a loan, then they need to be caught and shut down. I am not someone who usually falls for things like this, but they seemed ligitimate from every angle. I even checked to see if there were any complaints filed against them, and found nothing. If I could have fallen for this, anyone can.
