Krista Dixon realtor is an absolute fraudulent scam realtor she failed to disclose numerous building and other code violations on a property that was the subject of the illegal construction. She showed a fake title report for another copy that she photoshopped The property in question had $46,000 in code enforcement fines.
She lied about that everything else. She also painted over a spot where the roof leaked and lied about that. Krista Dixon realtor is a fraud and a scam!

All of the information contained in the October 2019 report about me is COMPLETELY FALSE. I simply could not have done the actions I’m accused of as I did not represent any buyers or sellers for real estate properties in Sun City, CA in October 2019.
I would never do the things I’m accused of as I take my fiduciary duty to my clients very seriously. This is shocking to me. Everything in this false report is completely made up. I don’t understand why somebody would report this. I am in good standing with my real estate clients and the senior industry. Thank you and have a good day.
