I have allot of emotion when it comes to this company and its dishonesty. I was ubducted into this scam by someone i will forever hate for the rest of my life. This company makes you want an interview so bad. They make it seem so competative, all the while they are desperatly hoping you will actually take the job against your best interest.

Sorry, anyway, once they get you to want the job (with out ever so much as whispering the fact that you would be a door 2 door scum bag) they take you out on a 8 hour interview... where they walk u around door to door with them, tell u to keep your mouth shut, and continue to make it seem like it would be an honor if they were to extend this position.

The company, the system, cydcor, these meetings and schemes are designed to make you work towards an unreachable goal. there were idiots in this office that took 4 and a half years to get no where, while ken lear promises ownership in 12 motnhs, anytime, you start to get the picture and realize that your being butt f, ken will give u a gas card or take u to dinner. tell u to come to his appartment and meet his parents, whatever, he just wants to pull u in so he can suck on you harder.

you drive to bumble f georgia everyday, no gas money, nothing for milleage, or lunch or nothing. You cant win unless u rip poor unsuspecting idiots who answer the door. the business is designed so that only the cheaters win but if you get caught cheating you are fired, you have to cheat well, only good cheaters win. i sold caller I.D to a blind woman. i sold Highspeed DSL all over the projects in savannah, to peopel without computers, but i was praised back at the office for making the money that would have been impossible to make legitimatley.

the managment meetings are brainwashing session. f sessions, f brad, f all the owners cause im sure they are all inbred and related. Sarah spears has beef curtains.

It is a scam, up down left right it is a scam, i cant even get into the details because all i am is straight pissed off

KEN LEAR, i hope you are never happy, i hope you never become a father, i hope your world comes to a crashing point in which u realize you are the devil, stop hurting people, stop lying to people, stop coning people save your self or god will cause you to die nameless. may god help you because i am affraid you have lost your soul.

You owe me money, but keep it. you need it more than me, thats obvious because i wouldnt scam people and ruin their family lives or tell them to make relationships decisions that ruin lives for the benefit of my wallet.

U are scum, you are a worm, lucus was cool, brad was cool, atiba, davito, dan sucked, evan was cool, kavaughn was cool. F YOU HATERS

Granted, I have never worked or anything for this company... just someone who has seen the overwhelming amounts of stories... I admit that I did once, for some reason, interview at this company. I read all the online blogs about it, and not 15 minutes into the second "interview" I "escaped" due the consistency in the stories I've read about... I finished school and have since gotten a GREAT job...a REAL one that doesn't involve selling useless crap to people who don't need it for no money...

So I ask you this Ken Lear, What exactly is your response to the postings?? no other company has the resume of reports on this website as your company does. Its just you, and the other companies to do the same things you do... hell, even fast food restaraunts are littered on here with stories about customers getting the wrong order but they are no where NEAR the level of consistency and sleeze as your reports. and its not like its just 2 or 3 people who have said these things. Its 40 or 50!! and they all say EXACTLY the same thing.

So tell me...what is your response?? where the current employees defending you?? and don't change the subject and start talking about something else like these reports say you will....

First off to everyone writing on this website....none of this is correct! I provide every single one of my employees with gas cards and a base salary. These are all lies. Our company, cydcor, is amazing. The hours are extremely short...the most anyone will EVER work is 40 hours a week! And if anyone is ever worked over 40 hours, I provide them overtime pay. We have a full benefit 401 K package including health and dental insurance. I pay every single employee their cell phone bill also. After working for my company for more than 6 months, a 350 dollar car allowance is established! I take great care of my employees and I ALWAYS tell the truth! Just ask me.

rayo, i have to admit that your report is the funniest one i have ever read. And to you and john, I agree with you one hundred percent. I also personally know ken lear and he may be or pretty close to the biggest a*s&*^% I have ever met. The man has zero regard for society or anyone in it. Everyone on this planet apparently revolves around him, so in his mind it is ok to play god. But what you don't understand mr. lear is that you are playing with real peoples lives and your glory days are in the midst of coming to an end. They know all about you ken, it's over. By the way, to all those who are forced to listen to anything this man has to say, I feel bad for you but you are stupid for listening to any of the bull@#$% because he knows nothing.

Steve, i understand your rebuttal to the rather heated comments.

The problem is that this is the classic cydcor response. Avoid the issue and change the subject. I was about to be promoted to management when i got a real taste of what cydcor and people like Ken Lear are all about. The company is a fraud. Everyone in it knows how shady it is, but they look the other way because of the once in a lifetime "opportunity". I'm not going to go into details because anyone who does one day of training will see for themselves.

Anyone can get hired, so anyone can see what i'm talking about. The problem is steve, that winners never cheat, and cheaters never win. Cydcor is designed for cheaters, so things will eventually work out the right way. Have a good day to anyone reading this, including you steve.

It is truly a shame a person as emotionally stable as you is not a manager in this company. You could have really helped people with your integral leadership style of dsl and caller ID selling.

It is always fun to mention peoples names and throw insults and yet following your integrity patterns, not mention yours.

Sorry things did not work out, i am sure it was everybody elses fault. I hope you recover from the effects of this 'scam' and become that great person you were before you ever got involved.
