This is not the first and will not be the last of accusations against the towing company. Accusations are what they are..Let me explain our part and you decide..
First..a few points..that can be confirmed...

1) By law there has to be a contract between the towing company and the property. These contracts are usually in line with YOUR lease. Yes, there is a section in reference to parking...(I ask the lady in the trailer at Kymco who reported me. She said "No one. We have a contract with The Retreat at Barton Creek to tow illegally parked cars.") Next....

2) It is AGAINST the law for a towing company and property to engage in any monetary gain together.. We are simply there as a service to correct a parking issue. The property receives NOTHING from the towing company except a service! I highly doubt that anyones job would be worth that..Refer to the law prior to accusing someone of such an obserd violation.( I thought, what a nice perk. My rent is already expensive and this seems to be a hidden cost where The Retreat gets a kick-back for every supposedly illegally parked car that Kymco tows away in the middle of the night. ) Does the author have anything to prove this? Remember the lease comment? There is nothing hidden in a LEASE...See my next paragraph for "pointing the finger 101"...Next...

3) Many people want to point the finger at someone when they cannot blame themselves and that is ok..Many people have the innability to accept their own faults..sort of like name calling makes them feel better about themselves..It is ALWAYS the towing companies fault that for example only: the vehicle owner or operator was parked in a handicap spot, taking two parking places, parked in the fire lanes, etc, etc, etc.
HOWEVER!! Please do note that these people will be the first to go off the wall if someones parked in their handicap spot or their moms..AND the first to key a car when they have to walk a mile to their apartment because someone decided that their car was obviously the NICEST and they did not want anyone parking next to them so they took two parking places instead of one..AND would be the first to call the law on the vehicle parked in a fire lane in front of their home in case of a fire... the fire dept. would never be able to access their burning home due to that car!! (This racket between The Retreat at Barton Creek Apartments and Kymco Co. dba. Elite Towing cost me $200.) Ok, the Towing company is at fault again I suppose..and it is $192.90...not $200.00...Next....

4) Name calling?? Lol..SERIOUSLY FOLKS!! I thinks someone is a bit angry to say the least...spellcheck would help as well..it's Sleazy!! and some public information..but thank you anyway...lol..that part is funny...

5) What truly makes this a senseless report is the use of the word ILLEGAL..(I thought it might be because I was parked in the spot next to the dumpster, but not illegally parked)--FOR THE RECORD THERE ARE PICTURES OF THIS VEHICLE IN ITS UNEXCUSABLE PARKING VIOLATION AT OUR OFFICE!!! Remember..there has to be someone else to blame..

6) Blaming again...(I don't know who made the deal at the apartment, but all the leasing agents are competely incompetent and should be fired) That is funny..they had NOTHING to do with this..

Maybe they parked the car like that..or was it the towing company..Hmmmm...Definitely not the owner or operator of the vehicle..

Here is my FINAL comment...On the bottom of the receipt there are instructions to file a non-consent tow hearing...If this was so "Illegal" and you did not park that way..why did you not exercise your rights to a hearing?? Hmmm....

I do not need to hide my identity as I have NOTHING to hide...I have all the proof that I could ever need and as for these statements..ACCUSATIONS and FINGER POINTING at its best!! Hoorah!!
