Kyrie Ransom Scam Artist Dog Training Akwesasne Ontario

Greetings,

 

My name is Kyrie Ransom - I am located on a reservation in Northern New York state about 9-hours from you (zip code 13655). 

 

I'm currently working on a project to host our first Pet Expo here on reserve, our dates are set for July 14 & 15, 2012. I've been trying to find an established Treibball trainer/team who would be willing to travel here to provide a workshop and demos either on the first day only or on both days.  Unfortunately the closest place that has a trainer and dogs already trained in Treibball are hosting their own event that same weekend and are unavailable, so I am broadening my search to see if there would be any interest from other training establishments in the U.S. I found your website for Ohio Air Dogs through the American Treibball Association website. The event itself is in Canada, specifically Cornwall Island, Ontario - so anyone traveling in from the U.S. would require a passport. When traveling with dogs all you need would be copies of vaccinations indicating that the dog has had a rabies shot. 

I know it is a distance from you (I actually purchased my own dogs from a breeder in Butler, OH - I drove to pickup so I know the drive is long) - but, I thought you might be interested because of your dock diving component to your training. I have secured the Canadian Eastern Regional Championship to be held at my event, hoping to draw in some top competitors to show my community what is out there in the area of dog sports.

 

 

Naturally Treibball is one activity that I really would love to have at this event - especially because to train it, you really can't use any forceful methods. 

 

I'd be prepared to assist with travel expenses and lodging, as well as pay any fees that you might charge for something like this. Again, the event is for two days, July 14 & 15 with the gates opening to the public at 10:00am and closing at 5:00pm each day. The actual schedule of demos and workshop time would be based on what you as the presenter would want to do - I recognize that between the travel and doing the workshops will put stress on your dogs (and you) and they'll need some down time. The workshops and demos wouldn't have to be continuously from 10-5, but a few sessions during those time periods.Dock Dogs will be setting up July 13 and run from then through July 15. You would be welcome to register your dogs for any of their events if that interests you. Again, if you choose to register for events the schedule of workshops/demos can be arranged around your run times...I also see on your website that you do other training, right now all I have secured is Dock Dogs but would entertain having workshops on other topics throughout the weekend.
