I sent another letter dated July 28th Janice called again stating that the company was still having problems processing return. I ask if a hard copy check could be mail to me, I ask if the company was still in business she stated yes, I said you never answer your phone, if you still in business and never answer your phone you are loosing lots of business. Today August 20, 2014 I filed a complaint with the Massachusetts Attorney General Office. I would advise everyone to file a complaint with your attorney general office, I plan on filin a complaint with the Attorney General Office of South Carolina Greenville South Carolina

When I placed my trial order it was my understanding it was a trial offer. I did not sign up for automatic renewal, in using the product I did not see any difference in my skin not to say it is not working for other people, in addition I cannot afford the product the $73.41 withdrawal from my account has cause overdraft on my account causing a bank penalty.  I return the product however in checking my account your company has not refunded my account. 

 I tried calling but calls goes to voice mail and a long waiting time.  My email is being returned.  Your company has either out of business or you have grown too large and do not have enough staff members to support your orders, answer your phone and process your returns. If my money is not refunded to my account I will be making a claim against your company with the Attorney General Office of Massachusetts and the Attorney General office of Greenville, South Caroling. 

If you are a reputable company and stand by your product I hope you will do right and refund my money into my account thanks.
