La Dermanique Lumera Lumera La Dermanique DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE ,TRUE SCAMMERS, Greenville South Carolina

I cannot believe this still happens in America but they do. I ordered the free trials of La Dermanique and Lumera, both coming from the same place. I called within a week to cancel and was told I would not recieve any further charges. Woe up one morning Later and was charged $87.64. When I called to ask why they charged the account, they told me thetwo creams were from different "COMPANIES", I told them that's impossible the adress said the same. They told me I had to call a different number, I told them I called the number on the bottle, they told me there are two diferent numbers on the bottle, so therefore only "one" of my bottles were cancelled. I explained to them that when I spoke to the first customer service, she did not inform me that I had to make two separate phone calls for the same orders to cancel the other Lumera and that I was charged for $87.64 for the "FREE" trial size. Needless say even though they found I had cancelled, they still went ahead and charged me for...I'm still not sure what.

This company is atrocius. They engage in deceptive practices by advertising a free trial, but not clearly stating they are two different companies operating in the same office, so if you think you cancelled, think again, that charge is coming. You won't get back your money from them, I had to call my bank and report theft, seriously. Because that's what they did. In addition, when you try to cancel they will convince you to take it an additional two weeks in the hopes that you will forget to cancel so they can charge you. I am going to make sure that this company does not get away with this by calling the betterbusiness bureau, because the woman I spoke to in customer service led me to believe that "ALL" my charges will be no more, but secret DID NOT tell me I had to also cancel manually for the other bottle Lumera, a clever and decietful ploy! I offered to send them back their un used bottle, NO CAN DO. They offered me fifty percent back in exchange for me not calling the better business bureau, I told them NO, because it was a free trial and they aren't suppose to charge me a whopping $87 follars for it. In addition to calling the BBB, I will make sure that I call their states attorney general because they are engaging in fraudulently charging unsuspecting customers. If it wa ssucha free trial, why ask for your debit card number, no one in their right mind wants a company like this to charge them so much money for a product that isn't better than you average drug store buy. I need this compnay to vanish, unless they start being straight up with there customers. They are liars, and they are thieves, I was barred from speaking to a manager.
