The female locker room is nasty. Bloody band-aids, hair in the showers, and mold growing in the shower stalls. The manager sits eating lunch in the open at his desk as the personal trainers sit around and worship him. They should be upstairs on the floor assisting the members with proper use of these machines. They don't want to help you out unless you commit to a contract to hire them to train you. The very least they can do is get off their lazy behinds and get on the floor and assist wirh proper machine use. The manager is a liar and promises to make your old balance disappear is you join again. Well guess what...I recorded this conversation and will be sending a copy to the corporate office.
