I have been with Jason Kirby, my personal trainer, for over a year. In November, when my annual committment expired, he convinced me to renew my membership last November, wth 'great package'. Immediately after I signed up, after a month, he dropped me from the schedule; no explanation; basically saying he simply has no hours for me anymore. I was shocked as I have been extremely nice to him all along, very loyal client.
I tried to talk to him, to his manager, to the Corporate Office: Corporate Office told me that I could get out of the membership only 'if I die' (their quote).Other trainers in the club are completely incompetent. I have high expectations as I have been working out for over twenty years by myself. I cannot work out with someone who is incompetent.

I want to get out of the membership at this point in time, which proves to be impossible. The situation is causing me a lot of grief; isn't the training supposed to be for your well being?

Jason Kirby ripped me off for several sessions; he never compensated, though I talked to his manager about it.
VP of the Arizona area left me a message to call him back; I left three messages on his VM that he never responded to.

I am not going to give up, as LA Fitness people are ruthless, no people's skills, and extremely arrogant.
