LA Fitness Fraudulent use of credit card. Two trainers charged 51 sessions to a frozen account. ripoff Palm Beach Gardens Florida

The most dishonest unscupulous business practices. They froze the gym account, but continued charging us for the trainer. The person who was supposed to be "trained", was in NY at the time. Fifty-one sessions were charged to our account by two trainers in FL. They have been fired, but LA Fitness will not disclose if they were charged with a crime. We were charged over $3000.00, and LA Fitness told Wachovia bank and Amex that the sessions were used, so they refused to credit us our money back!

We were forced to cancel our credit card account that we had over 20 years, and our bank account. They switched credit cards at one point, and charged $300.00 to an account that was only supposed to be charged a $10.00 monthly fee. They then charged $605.00, to the account that was only supposed to be charged $300.00.

But LA fitness wants us to stand by the contract! They offered to let us use the sessions. We do not want to deal with a company that covered this fraud up, and refused to disclose information that could help us clear up the matter with the credit card company.

Anyone else out there ripped off by this LA Fitness in Palm Beach Gardens FL, please speak out!
