I normally do not make a complaint about a company but after what happened I felt compelled to do so for the following company: La Jolla Laser Clinic.  La Jolla Laser Clinic does not provide good service and does not care if their customers are satisfied.  I had a procedure after talking with one of the nurses at the clinic.  I had the procedure and told the nurse I was not happy with the results so I asked for my money back from La Jolla Laser Clinic.  The company refused to give me my money back! This is even with a sales receipt that they have a money back guarantee! So, that is why I am writing to this website to voice my complaint regarding  La Jolla Laser Clinic. 

I feel that this company was reputable but it really isn't! So beware you have been warned! After my experience I would not recommend this company for anything! Do not use this company for any work! Unless you want to have risky procedures done! 

Also, I want to let you know that consumer organizations will not support your complaint in the state of California and are restricted for posted any complaints on their websites in California.  So, you have be warned and consider this complaint to be valid.
