La is a very wealthy woman, living in a 2 million plus home in Kailua.
She signed a lease agreement with us, asking for a deposit of the security amount.
We signed and dated a check for the $3200 for the upcoming friday.
She voided the check, contract and breached the contract after the bank did a signiture confirmation, calling it a bounced check.
when we took her to court, she carted in her "sister" a lawyerr who procedded to lie, distort and bend the truth.
Her attorney basically took a case WE brought and put Us on the defensive.
We actually won the case, but only for a small portion of the actual damages, as La played up her "no comprende" language barrier.
She WAS perfectly able to expalin her demand for payment when we signed the binding lease agreement.
This wioman is a manipulative, lying shill.
