LA Weight Loss, Pure Weight Loss company knowingly ripped off clients when they knew doors were closing Chambersburg Pennsylvania

My husband and I signed up for this weight loss program the end of October 2007 and was having very good success with it. We went to go weigh in and found out they went belly up and are closing their doors for good on January 4, 2008. They told us we could order the remaining of our 72 boxes of bars that we have prepaid for, they would call us and we could come pick them up.

Weeks later still waiting for a phone call, my husband goes in and they tell us that we just have to get there when the trucks arrive to get them. They can't call everyone!!!! Well how the heck do you know when a truck will be there. You can't go everyday especially at the price of gas. Not only did we spend over $2000 for this program but now we can't even get our money back. Plus they are still signing up clients knowing that the doors will be closing on January 4, 2008.

What a fraud and rip off this company is. A class action law suit will be filed. We will be contacting our attorney and will be reimbursed for all and then some!
