I was not allowed to go back to a work site because the driver who drove us there decided to leave early. This is not my fault. I even called the office and offered to stay if i was afforded a ride home. Dan said he had no ride for me. Also i see most of the same people going out every day,even tho we get there earlier. I was promised work two days in a row.when i arrived at the office i was told the job was overbooked. So then i was promised work the next day.when i arrived i was told the job was cancelled.Dan did not even have the decency to call me at home and let me know. Especially because i ride a bike 3 and a half miles to the office. Then i got scolded for calling him and giving him a heads up about a job site where i had been sitting there for three hours doing nothing. He threatens me constantly about not being able to use me anymore because i react to situations inapropriately,and am always calling him needlessly. They haven,t sent me out in over a week now. I also witnessed Olivia callingsomeone and asking them if they were available for work,while in fact there were three Labor Ready workers present at the time. No one likes Dan. He is a miserable SOB! Been with the company ten years too long.He creates a bad atmosphere at the office. Never say good morning.Talks down too Nadia and Olivia.Constantly scolding them. I know at least 12 workers that would sign a petition to have Dan removed from his position. Westminister office had similiar problems. All office workers were fired.
