This firm violated the state statute in that it did not honor the early lease termination for military service members upon discharge from the National Guard Federal Technician Program. Proven with complaint response with the BBB and text messages. They stole $250 from my deposit for cutting the grass 6 days after my lease contract ended and 11 days from the last time it was cut. Proven with dated receipts.
