I would strongly urge you to stop filing reports here and get yourself a better education.  Your spelling, syntax and even your sentence structure is appalling.  It's very hard to get your point across if you can't spell or make a point. Your point is entirely lost among the babble in your report.

you're convinced Laclede discriminates against you and your class.  Laclede, at their monthly meetings must discuss how much more they can add to the bills of the lower and middle classes to give lower cost service to the upper class...right?

If I have your difficult to read Ripoff Report figured out, they charge you low and middle class people slightly more because of the community tax rates.

I've got a news flash for you...THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT THAT.

YOUR community sets the taxes and franchise fees and Laclede is obligated to pass that charge on to YOU the customer.

Your Report is so non-specific that it's hard to tell what's really going on.  It just makes you sound like a whiner complaining about poor liitle old me.
