Ladco Leasing, financial ripping off the small guys. Rip-off! Thousand Oaks, California

I was a sports bar owner and was appoached in Feb. 2003 to use a charge card machine through Ladco leasing. I did that and paid alot of money each month for which service was horrible. Never anyone able to help me when I needed it.

I sold my business back in October, 2004 and with that contacted Ladco leasing who gave me such a hard time with lease and contract fees they wanted me to continue paying up till 2/2007! I was told that if i sold my business i would only have to send back the charge card machine which i did and was rec. by them on 10/22/04. I also told them that i owned them nothing and proceeded to close my bank account which i didn't need anymore. I also put a stop payment from anything on Ladco Leasing.

But guess what! on 10/28 $90.00 came out of the account under Ladco financial. It is amazing how they seem to get around everything. No contact has been made and now on 11/27 i rec. this letter threatining me about paying them another payment by 12/3 or they are going to send it to collections. They also threatend me with the California Civil code 1785.26 (b) and they will ruin my credit. i never had bad credit nor do i intend to.

It was helpful to read all of your reports and know that I am not the only one having all these problems with ladco. I too have contacted BBB. hope they are able to help. I thinks with RIPOFFREPORT.COM we can all help bring this crooked company to a screeching hault.
