Want proof.. check the discovery w/ the police reports& Transcripts

AUTHOR: Kirby - ()

POSTED: Saturday, November 23, 2013

In our case which in still in limbo. We have the arresting officers as munson and the police officer who testified on the stand was Danny Cox. Funny the transcript did not match up with the police reports from Layfeyette "AND" Higginsville. Had to do a song and a dance to get these police reports. I thought they were public records. The Layfette police report and file was marked to purge. Had to have the police captain obtain it for me. Lucky day, the prosecutor was in court and could not be reached. No one ever thougth we would obtain a copy of the police reports and just go on the discovery and the police word in court. And last week when working on this appeal was actually told that their computer print out log book at Layfette county will hold up in court over any police reports. Also was told we all know the times on the police reports are just estimates. And Layfette county does not keep hard copies of log books. Really?  We are having difficulty getting people to help us stand up for what is right.  We need at least 7 cases (peolpe) to come together. This will allow attention on that county to have  things looked into how legal matters are handled. Judge Rolff is full aware of how things are handled and allows this to go on in his court room. In our case, it is even on record he spoke to a jurist. And the judge on record speaking to the witness knowing what truely happened. My family is just amazed. We are desparetly looking for other with proof of what has been illegally done to them in the name of the law. I have so far 2 other cases with the proof needed. Please contact us. dbkirby2Xjuno.com 8one6-2one3-466zero

Regarding Spelling/Grammar Correction Comments

AUTHOR: Ginger - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, November 29, 2012

Don't worry about that.

1.) *English 2.) *comma 3.) EVERY NUMBER OVER 24 IS TO BE SPELLED-OUT, any number 24 and under is to remain in its numerical form. 4.) *argument 5.) "officer" *Munson (if that is the correct spelling of his last name, and title that he holds) 6.) *purgery 7.) *"almost running over 2 young girls, ages 7 and 4" 8.) These corrections are merely pointed out to clear up this little argument. 9.) BUT, grammar and punctuation shouldn't matter on this website, many are upset and make posts in haste. I gave an example to show how annoying and unneceussary it is to care about such petty things. 10.) MY overall point is, look at that ^^ just a waste of words, it doesn't help anything. Don't judge someone for grammar, especially online. Many use mobile devices and are bad with keyboards.

Try helping them WITH the case, if there's any ADVICE you need from me, or anyone else, please reply in a comment. I hope things do work out for you, I have witnessed such things happen to friends in that are. If they've already worked out, that's awesome.

Never feel afraid to file a complaint directly with the police department or the department of law enforcement stated individual works for. If they bother you again, make sure to get it on video/audio as proof. You can also request video from their patrol car; if that helps.

Best Regards,

Question...

AUTHOR: Striderq - (U.S.A.)

If the case is still under litagation and you can not post anything about it, why are you here posting about it? Seems to me that you should wait until the case is over so that you could post all the information instead of starting an english correction thread.

Back at you Tim, I hope you are never a victim of purgery

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, July 03, 2008

Tim, as far as releasing any information, I will not do so until this case and the underlying case is over which projected to be late this fall. The FBI was contacted and took a report on this matter, maybe they would accomadate you on seeing the files. As far as Munson goes, he is fully aware of this unfortunate situation. Which was brought on by dishonesty. I would be more than willing to sit down with Munson in front of a judge, and him and I take a polygraph, being asked the same questions about this situation, any day. I never stated that I had a degree in English, if you can read this without puncutation and understand what I have said. Lets leave the grammer and puncuation out of it. Enclosing I can not abide a liar, exspecially one that wears a gun and badge and swears to proctect the public and up hold the law, and is willing to lie in a court room, after putting your hand on the Holy Bible and swear to tell the truth. The only tragedy is that this probably goes on, on a daily bases and they get away with it, beacause people don't stand their ground,in fear of retalation by the department. Do not think I am just picking on police officer, I can not abide anyone that is a liar. One thing a man has is his word and integrity, and if he lets that go he is no longer a man. This is only my view.
If this does not make sense to you because of the lack of grammer and puctuation, you will have to leave it up to your imagination.
In the fall I am sure that the truth will prevail.
I am jumping at the chance to take a polygraph test. I don't think Mr. Munson is
not jumping at a chance to take a polygraph to prove my alligations false.
Thank you for your imput.
As for as the grandkids they are doing fine.
Sincerely,
Steve from Bates City

I apologize for my lack of punction and grammer.

#5 Consumer Suggestion

I can't find the "coma" key on my keyboard

AUTHOR: Tim - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, June 01, 2008

If the case is currently in litigation, why not post a copy of the complaint? That way you can satisfy the questions posed while ensuring that you are only revealing that which is already a matter of public record.

When you make conclusory assertions regarding honesty and character without stating any facts, your motives will be called into question. If you lay out a solid report that actually points to facts and particular instances, it's much easier for the rest of us to make use of your report or provide you with advice.

It's also a basic principle of fairness that an individual who is the subject of a complaint be apprised of the underlying allegations. Without this inormation, he has no way to defend his actions. He probably doesn't even know which actions are being called into question.

And while I hate to see reports devolve into tit-for-tat language lessons, I do have to point out a couple of things: it's "grammar," not "grammer," and a "coma" is a protracted period of deep sleep, not a punctiation mark.

And in case you're preparing to attack my grammar, let me advise you that it IS actually acceptable to begin a sentence with the word "and."

And I do sincerely hope that the grandkids are ok and that truth and justice prevail.

Steve, you were doing good there up until the last part of your last paragraph. I MIGHT point out, however, that you CAN start a sentence with a preposition, but not end with one. "If" is a preposition and YOU, yourself, used it at the beginning of a sentence. Enough of that now. So HOW did the police lie? We need more details. IF you are not willing to do that, then don't complain. ( Did "I" use enough comas for you?)

Spelling-Grammer Correction

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 21, 2008

Since you were so kind to dedicate your time to tell me how to spell and write a statement, I thought I'd return the favor. Where do I even begin? For starters, NEVER begin a sentence with a prepositional phrase. If you are that bent on proper grammer, I would assume you would know at the very least where to insert a coma. However upon careful examination, you evidently have NO idea what a coma even is. Your improper use of the coma leads me to my second point. I counted four instances where a coma should have been inserted, however it was not properly placed (tisk-tisk).

Third, when making an arguement do not bounce back and force between points. Englisgh 101 would have taught you how to stay on point. Lastly, when referring to numbers in a written form, you are to spell any number under 100. Once agian, thanks for your consideration and very mature name-calling response. Darnit, I forgot about your improper use of the words may and might!! Also, did you flunk math? There are more than forty-nine words. Write tickets much or does the offender do it for you?

One more point, then man munson committed pergury for almost ran over two young girls ages seven and four. Other than that, I will give no more detail. It is a sad day when an officer sworn to protect, lies to protect a person who almost ran over my grandchildren. It also saddens me a person such as yourself has nothing better to do than sit on a computer and correct my grammer.

BTW-my second name is not included in the rant. How do you know I even spelled it right if you are not connected in some way to this case?

What might help your case...

AUTHOR: Really?? You're An Idiot! - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 20, 2008

It might help you if you took the time to be clear and concise in your statement. Also supporting evidence is imperative in getting anyone to take you seriously. Instead of actually having a valid report you just put up an unintelligent rant.

Next time take your time to at least use punctuation and be more mindful of your spelling. Out of 49 words I think you may have spelled 3 of them correctly and 2 of them don't count because it was your name.
