THREE HUNDRED FIFTY PERCENT (350%) RAISES IN ASSESSMENTS! EXTORTION SCAM!
BUYERS BEWARE:
*Embezzlement (check with Washoe County District Attorney 775-328-3287, DA CASE# 406537)
*Toxic Black Mold (due in part to embezzlement, intentional negligence, roof leaks)
*Extortion/Frauds & Swindles ("Bait & Switch") (bought in agreeing to pay a little over $100/month in assessment, assessments raised to nearly $500/month.
*Don't agree with paying $500 to nearly $600/month in HOA fees (+ your mortgage)? They have a nasty habit of getting restraining orders on homeowners that don't agree with embezzlement and extortion.

No warrants over 6 years later for HOA illegal foreclosures/embezzlement/tax fraud.
HOA criminals LOVE you State of Nevada, Senator Harry Reid, Gov. Brian Sandoval, Attorney General Catherine Cortez-Masto! They dont call Nevada the Wild, Wild West for nothing!

In Nevada, there is virtually no law enforcement. State of Nevadas refusal to prosecute is as bad as conspiring in the HOA crime/misprision of felony.

Face it, anywhere else but Reno, Washoe County and Nevada, you'd be a criminal. That's why criminals LOVE Reno, Washoe County and NEVADA! The word is out these criminal and unethical behaviors described here are the NORM in Reno, Washoe County and Nevada. Reno, Washoe County and Nevada already have a bad reputation in the national media; a talk with home insurers confirms people and businesses are fleeing Reno and Nevada, and even Wall Street had DOWNgraded Reno REPEATEDLY to Junk Status. These shocking behaviors by Reno businesses and Nevada public employees give a further black-eye to Reno, Washoe County and Nevada which Reno is now a A Blighted Ghost-town and Nevada a blighted State. This HOA has been notorious for years for their shoddy business and neighbor practices.
