Laketon TV Promise you one rate for DISH Network and then do not honor it and charge you more Pittsburgh Pennsylvania

My husband and I signed up for DISH network through
them in January of 2006. We signed a contract stating
that it would cost us $19.99 a month for 12 months;
however, we had to pay a higher rate each month and
then get a $58 rebate a few months down the road so
that it evens out to the $19.99.

We have never seen the rebate. We've been calling and writing them. We even stopped down there (an hour drive for us). They keep giving us the run around. It's either the person we need to talk to isn't there or if we are lucky enough to reach the person (Tom-owner) he tells us to fax this that and the other and stillno money. This
has been going on for six months now.

Not only that,they are extremely rude and hard to deal with. When I call, they don't let me talk and explain the
situation, they just interrupt me and say call back
later or fax the contract (something I've done several
times now). It seems as if they never intended to give the rebate and were counting on people to forget about it.

In addition to the above, about three months into the
service they tried to raise the $19.99 rate on us,
even though it clearly states $19.99 a month in our
contract.

For this, we had to call and write several times
before they agreed to give us an additional rebate of
$36 to make up for the differenceagain, we never saw
the money. We had to drive all the way there to pick
up a rebate form for this one because they wouldn't
mail or fax it to us. We filled it out, sent it in
(Oct. 9th) and still have not received the $36.

When we call now and ask them about it, they have no
recollection of promising us that money and can't find
the rebate that we sent in.

This is very frustrating. I don't understand how a company can not honor a contract and get away with it.
