This is an  ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE company.

I bought a solar panel from them through Amazon.com and they sent me the ABSOLUTE WRONG one. I tried to contact them by their web-site but it was absolutely horrible and did NOT have a contact phone number or even an email address to speak with somebody about this problem.  I only found their phone number through this web-site and when I called them, I had the unfortunate experience of speaking with some guy named Jim about the situation.  When speaking to Jim to tell him that the item in the box was NOTHING like the one I bought from the web-site, his
ONLY response was kind of a half hearted and lazy "whoops"!  This guy couldn't give a flying "F" about my situation,

His ONLY response was "send it back, I guess".  I asked to where? When he provided me his address, he definitely wasn't happy about it.  I also asked him if he could provide me a pre-paid return shipping label, to which he kind of laughed and said "Nope, you'll have to ship it back yourself", to which I said "Okay, then you"ll reimburse me for the return shipping".  He said "yah okay we will".  That response definitely wasn't reassuring and when I asked him when he would process the refund and he said very snarkly "as soon as we receive the item".
   
Since I am hear on the West coast and close to their place of business in Van Nuys CA, I gave it a few days for the item to reach their office and when I called them again, I unfortunately spoke with Jim again and he told me that they would "eventually get to my refund, probably NEXT WEEK"!  This wasn't setting well with me, but I realized that I would NOT get anywhere by arguing with this jacka**!  So, I waited until the next week when I tried to contact them again on several occasions and was unsuccessful.  I also tried the following week too and still nobody answered their phone. At this point and with also no way to contact them by email, I was getting really angry!

Finally, FOUR WEEKS later, I spoke with Joe and told him that Jim had guaranteed me a refund, but that was FOUR weeks ago and still nothing had been refunded to my credit card.  In the meantime, since I couldn't contact them and hadn't heard from them for the past MONTH, my wife called our credit card company and told them about this situation and the card company temporarily removed the charge from our card until the situation was resolved (This card company also told us that they were well aware to this company too, with many customers complaints!)  

Meanwhile, Joe put me on hold (for quite a while) to "look at his records" and when he came back, he said "Well, it looks like your card company removed the charge and since this was purchased through Amazon.com. we are OUT OF THE LOOP.  So you will have to call Amazon to resolve the situation".  I said " REALLY!!!?  The facts are:  YOU sent the wrong product all together and not only did YOUR colleague Jim instruct me to return the product to YOU, but  he also told me when he confirmed that the package was received by your company, that YOUR COMPANY would be refunding my credit card NOT AMAZON, and that ALL of this transpired because the refund NEVER HAPPENED AFTER THREE WEEKS OF TRYING TO CONTACT YOU"!!           

This didn't matter to Joe as all he could say is "Sorry, were out of the loop, call Amazon.  That is ALL I can tell you."  I simply hung up as this conversation was definitely over.  Both Jim and Joe had NO interest whatsoever to assist me with this situation and their apathetic attitudes clearly show what a third rate company laliquidators.net is.  This company is HORRIBLE!  TERRIBLE (Non-existent) customer service, NOBODY to answer the phones (after THREE WEKS of trying) and when one happens to get in touch, one experiences LAZY and SLOTHFUL attitudes, NO clear instructions on how to return an item, SHODDY web-site, etc.  

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.  AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!!
