L'Amour Vitamin C Technologies L'Amour Ageless Eye Serum & L'Amour Ageless Face Creme Scam!!! Free sample turned into undisclosed expensive, non-returnable monthly deliveries. Internet **Author of this Report is NOT CONFIRMED**  

I ordered a "free sample" of L'Amour Ageless Face Creme and Ageless Eye Serum from an online advertisement. All I needed to do was pay shipping and handling ($4.95?) There was no indication on the free sample order page that I was signing up for any "program". The samples arrived but I never opened them. Then each month more shipments arrived and my credit card was charged $89.79 and $87.97 for each item. There was no paperwork included with any of the shipments.... no receipt or return info. Just a PO Box address on the shipping label:  PO Box 23815, St Petersburg, FL 33742.

I finally called the phone number on my credit card statement and asked what was going on.  The guy told me that I had signed up for a monthly shipment contract for both products. I denied this and told him to terminate any further shipments and that I wanted to know how to return the items for credit since I had never ordered them.

He refused to give me any info and said that once the items had been billed and shipped they were non refundable and could not be returned.

I am having difficulty finding any contact info for the company (big surprise!!) but I will continue to try to return and get a refund.

The phone numbers that were on my credit card statement were 855-201-9296 and 855-389-9699 listed as being in Utah.
