I have had multiple repairs at this dealer under warranty. the firsrt was my sun roof, they said it just needed a new switch. The fisrt switch lasted a few months, and then the same problem happened again. Repair number 2 was a new switch again. Afew months later guess what... the same problem again.Repair number 3 they decided to go ahead and put a new motor in the sun roof and there has been no problem since. Ok the issue i'm filling a report about, see if you find the patern. The airconditioning/heater control stopped working past the #1 setting so while my car was still under warrenty i took it in to be repaired and they "fixed it ". They said it needed a "new switch". It worked for a few months, and guess what it had to go back in on 6/7/07 @ 52,265 miles to be repaired for a 2nd time. Guess what they said it needed...a "new switch". Well now it doesn't work again. I called to have it repaired knowing that my car was no longer under warrenty. They stated that the part was no longer garanteed it expired on 6/8/08 or 12,000 mi. My car is 200 miles from that, but since it was just 2 weeks after 6/8, they wont do it. the women on the phone said " the part was $275.00 last year, but might have went up". My guess is it douesn't need a switch it needs something more... do you see the pattern? Now their gamble worked , and I'm suppose to pay for the repairs. Al I want is for my car to be fixed by them the correct way.
