Kelsey is a real estate scammer. We were in foreclosure and Kelsey with Lancaster Family properties wrote an offer on our house because she was wanting to flip our house. We were in foreclosure and desperate so we took her offer. Under her the conditions on the contract we had to get certain things fixed on the house.
We do not know much about real estate so we agreed. We spent a lot of money with our attorney getting the items fixed on the title of the house. In addition, we spent thousands of dollars getting the items fixed on the house (money we really did not have). As we got close to the real estate closing date she would not answer calls, texts or e-mails both from me or the real estate closing attorney.
With only 3 days before the sheriff sale foreclosure date we did not have time to get another offer and our house went to the Sheriff Sale. Had the deal closed I would have saved my credit with no foreclosure on it. We trusted her but she messed us over really bad. In addition, we lost all the money we had spent. Save yoursel the headache and do not work with her !!!!

Your home was in foreclosure but you spend thousands of dollars and paid an attorney to help instead of paying your mortgage??? What is the reason your attorney did not advise you to sell as is to anyone??? Where did you get this money to update the home and pay an attorney??
When in foreclosure you credit is SHOT anyway. It is reported to all 3 bureaus you are in disarrears on your mortgage so NOPE don't believe this report and NO I do not work for this person or even know her.
