Land Twisters Pankaj Sood Land Twister Cheated Mohali Punjab

Here is my case with LAND TWISTERS. They did not complete promises that they promised. Please read this carefully so that you will be aware from Fishing Marketing tips. I purchased flat from Land Twister for 30 Lac with amenities such as AC, LED TV, GAS COOK, GYSER, RO, CHIMNEY etc. They took 1 Lac in advanced as a token Money and 5 Lac on the day of Beyana. As Land Twister was dealer in my deal so they did not sent amount to Builder. Builder several times called me that he did not received any single penny from Token money so he wants to sell flat again. To avoid this I did beyana of 5 lac more. Which I directly transfer on the builder’s account. On the same time Land twister said they will give 1 Lac to Builder. Rest of the 24 lac is paid by the Bank as a Home Loan.  Builder cancel Sales rights with LAND TWISTERS and asked them to empty  shop of builder which was used by Land Twister at that time. Finally I did deal directly with the builder and land Twister returned me 65K only. They DID NOT provided any single item which they promised (AC, LED TV, GAS COOK, GYSER, RO, CHIMNEY etc ). One thing I want to mention that I have heard many complaints against LAND TWISTERS. There was two genuine guys in Sales team Deepak Rana and Gaurav Chibad . Rest LAND TWISTER COMPNEY CHEATED with me and I need to purchase all the items from my own money.  Don’t trust on even written documents.
