Landon Lowell has his facts all wrong. In my opinion, he is a malicious troublemaker who blames small business owners for his own rotten atttitude and is presenting false information (e.g. a call log with calls from a private unidentified number) as "proof" that the business is harassing him. What he does not tell you is his rotten attitude towards the business owner and his defamatory aand malicious Yelp revenue designed solely for the purpose of maligning thew business's reputation and injuring the business's revenue.

This past week I was interested in shipping my car across the country. I used a website to give me comparison quotes for different companies. A few minutes after submitting the form, I missed a call from the owner of Transport Conection William "Bill" Avrich. I did not answer his call. He proceeded to leave me a rude voicemail exclaiming that "he has been dealing with people like me all day" who "let the phone ring one time and decline." 

When I returned Bill's call, he was extremely rude and proceeded to curse me and hung up without giving me time to respond. Keep in mind, this business owner had never heard my voice, and his only interaction with me at this point is a declined phone call.

The next day I recieved 11 phone calls in 1 hour from Bill, from a "No Caller ID" phone number. I did not answer these calls. 

24 hours later, 2 days after, his initial call, Bill calls me Friday night at 11:39 PM. I was sick of receiving these repetive phone calls so decided to answer and let him know to please stop calling. When I answered, Bill simply stated "you should google your name and see what people are saying you on the internet", then hung up. When I googled myself, i found this report. 

I consider this report defamatory and do not appreciate the insults. I am victim to these false reports simply for inserting my information on an auto transport website for price quotes. The business owner of Transport Connections, Bill Avrich, has not heard me speak more than 1 or 2 sentences, and does not know me. I will not be doing business with this man.

Landon Lowell will harass your small business by posting unwarranted negative reviews against it on Yelp. All businesses should steer clear of Landon Lowell and avoid doing any business with him. This clown is a real troublemaker.
