Langner Security Fresno.

This company is fraudulent . The manager will give excuses of why you will NOT be paid.  You will hear the excuses  about when Wal-mart pays me from the porterville/bakersfield black friday event you will get paid.

Also, be aware that cash deals occur as well?. Did you know that they get paid in cash from other accounts? What about  agreements you make verbally about your hourly rate of pay? It starts off  good when your working but when it comes time for payment for services rendered, it for some reason that verbal rate drops lower.

This company (Jeff C) will not document pay wages, Wonder why? This way it is word against word. It is apparent when you try to contact another branch of langner security,  your calls and emails fall on deaf ear's. This is when it becomes obvious you have been deceived. No "Responsibility" No "Accountability".

Between William and Jeff, it appears they keep everything on the low or try to. The complaints keep coming up ! If you ever do business, or work for Jeff C get everything in writing, before employment. Assure his signature on the documents or you will NOT receive pay. Im sure other individuals will agree.

Be advised that you will hear many excuses, Example,  "I have been trying to contact you to solve this matter". When in reality he has your phone number,  home address, and even an email address. It is another example of, lack of Responsibility and Accountability. In closing,  I highly recommend researching reviews, backgrounds and legitimate references before you choose a security company to either protect your assets, or to rely on for an income from an honest days work.

      Langner Security is running a major scam on everybody that comes in to work for this company, the 2012 Wal -Mart scandal was a way for Will the owner of langner to walk away with a fat paycheck. Will pocketed over 200K and took a nice little slap on the wrist from the California labor board of a fine of 35k, so Will instructs all his managers to tell employees to take them to the labor board to avoid paying.  Right now the Fresno Office which doesn't even have a valid PPO is involved with 3-4 labor board cases at the moment with Will and Jeff working very hard to cover up this little boo boo. I have had the opportunity to get the information needed to bring Langner Security Special Service down from Will own office managers and former employees running his offices. Fresno is going to be easy to shut down due to the number of former employees with evidence against the Fresno Branch manager Jeff C and his brother Andrew. There is absolutely no paperwork in that Fresno office so now is the right time to get the IRS involved. It's been a long year and half driving back and forth collecting information’s between Langner offices, funny part is Fresno didn't even have an office till a few months ago, it was being run out of Jeff C home and car and Will was fine with this. So former employees have giving me copies of so called pay stubs from which they had taxes held but no payment was every made to the Federal Government. We will be launching a website for all former employees to leave contact information and copies of evidence on the website to help bring this scum bag company down, also working closely on getting a class action law suit to make sure all guards who were done dirty get some kind of redemption weather that's payment of cash owed to them for their work or seeing Langner and fellow companies shut down and Will and his con artist staff behind bars! Yes I use to work for this company in the Fresno office or what was a so called office, when I left due to not being paid I started looking in to the company as a whole. I found Will plays the "Oh I didn't know victim" with the please contact me as soon as you can so we can settle this, I do have statements from his own trusted managers saying he does trash talk former employees that take action against him.

Not Convincing Wikes

I see you have responded on June 23, 2012 to the rip-off report complaint . The complaint was written on January 10, 2012 but actually occurred earlier in October .

It has been over 5 months for this Rebuttal which i find rather suspicious to say the least. Instead of dealing with the issues back then you are dealing with them now because it is getting to be a bigger issue than realized .The Fresno Division has been around for a while now and you know the Wal-Mart fiasco had to be brought up to your attention because the Labor board finally got involved .

Here is a part from channel 17 news out of Bakersfield , Ca Dated 2/3.2012. :
One of the Fresno supervisors Jeffrey Corona said the group that hired Langner for Wal-Mart still has not paid them.

"My phone has been blowing up with calls and texts from the workers," he said. "We got assigned the job last minute, and it was unorganized."
Many of the unpaid workers say they feel deceived and they just want their money.
"The fact that we were pulled away from our families on Thanksgiving night and took the time out to help a company we saw to be legitimate in the beginning, kind of fooled us in the long run," Karrin said.

Many of the workers filed a wages complaint with the state. Peter Melton of the California Labor Board says they have their lawyers on the case. He also said Langner has had similar issues in the past with not paying employees, that the Board has on record.

My question to you Wikes is, were you aware or not aware of this Fresno division problems ? Surely you would know this information as the Labor board got involved in that incident ? Concerning Jeff Corona ,I am actually surprised he is still working in the position he has with Langner Security .Do you even realize the kind of accounts and clients you are dealing with here in Fresno ? How about guards getting paid in 1 dollar bill increments,all 10 of us at that time ? It did happen Wikes and don't you find that suspecting ! Why would they do this ? I think you know why ? But i think you are disconnected from what is going on with your own divisions and these continuing divisions failing to pay the Guards or Employees indicates you have a serious problem that at some point you will have to address .

Another thing Wikes, is that most of the Guards in the Fresno division didn't fully fill out time cards and it was all done half a*s or not at all ( ask Jeff for those records and you will hardly  see nothing and incomplete paperwork ) . William Bramble and his wife were contacted numerous times involving the problem here in Fresno and their was no response but a pissed off phone call from Jeff Corona saying to not call them or email them anymore(which means somebody contacted Jeff about it) .Jeff wanted to try to deal with this locally and i think between William and Jeff that they worked something out so it would just eventually just go away .I was at a dinner at a Friends house with 8 people at the kitchen Table with kids present . Jeff Corona  Called me in a fit of rage, so i put my cell phone on speaker phone and told him people are listening and he still addressed me like this: "Listen here you Mother ??????" with the whole family listening to him. Did you know about this Wikes? Jeff called me about 8 times in a row and finally i told him if he calls me again that Im filing a Police Report on him and will press charges(I have the phone records) . That was the end of contact from Jeff .Is this is the kind of leadership you have running your division here in Fresno and letting it continue to this day ? I also realise that with out Jeff Corona , You will have no Langner Security Fresno as this is  family ran division so i can somewhat understand why you won't be able to do much about it . Because what effects Jeff will effect your Fresno Divison .I call it putting your all you marbles in the same basket . 

When you mention Employee Packets in your rebuttal , Could you ask Jeff if the 10 guards at the Bar Location (was their biggest account at that time) if they filled them out and to produce that documentation to you with dates and their signatures on it ? Wikes, most of those 10 guards have moved on because it was obvious over a short period of time what was going on but surely Jeff should have that documentation right ?

With the Wal-Mart issue here for Black Friday did you know that Jeff went back after 3 months and paid off most of the people that were complaining online?I had contacted a guy in Hanford, Ca and he told me the whole scoop about not being paid for that event and that Jeff was giving him the runaround on payment and coming up with excuse after excuse . We talked on the phone several times until he was paid off by Jeff. I was then contacted by Jeff saying he was just paid off and to not call him anymore . When i called that man in Hanford to confirm what Jeff told me he wouldn't talk or i got his answering machine and pulled his complaints off the internet .Just shows you what money can do to some people as a payoff.

There have been lies after lies after lies being told .A lot of dishonesty and blame always placed on the unpaying client or others when the blame should be placed directly upon your divisions leadership /management /supervisors . I highly suggest that before you do an event or sign a contract with a client that you make sure that those divisions doing the deal have enough money in their division bank accounts to cover the labor wages for the Guards no matter if the client pays you on time or not because legally it is still your responsibility and you can avoid most of these issues by doing so .

 Will you do us all a big favor and tell us how many Labor Board complaints that Langners Security has received in the last 4 years ? The Labor Board will not release the amount of complaints that they have received to the public or to even to a person filing a complaint with the Labor Board about Langner Security other than they have received complaints .They will not tell you the exact amount of complaints . Is it also True or Not that If a Labor board complaint has been filed and weeks or months later that a manager/supervisor of Langner Security can go to the Labor Board and cut a check and pay off the amount owed to a Guard or Employee with no complaint being registered because it was paid in full ? Im hearing some conflicting information on that and wondering if you as business owner would know the Labor Laws better than me on this issue?

If you want Langner to be a Reputable company around here, You must have the right people running it and the right people working in it and it must be 100% by the Book . Anything less than that means that more failures and much more problems are guaranteed. When and if you decide to run a tight ship here in Fresno that is 100% Legal and by the Book with Guards being able to tell about their observations with expectation of something being done about it then please let me know (their is a lot to that statement) .
The time i spent with Langners was dismal  in payment, dismal in equipment (radios didn't work good or were inaudible and I actually had to buy one myself to use for duty) and underfunded to were you get 1 t-shirt to wear for your weekly post  position . Are you aware of that Wikes?

I hope you are  more aware about your division practices now and can't say that you didn't know  because now you do . I hope you clean it up and make the changes you need to make for the benefit of your company and it's reputation  and for God's sake, Please pay your People on time and everytime for the job they do ! It really is inexcusable period !  Ignorance is no excuse for  the Law and it shouldn't be for Security either . More complaints are coming in this month (June 2012) for non payment of your guards and staff .

 If you truly do run the whole show for Langners Security  may  i suggest you get to the bottom of it A.S.A.P  and you personally go to each division and look over their records , their paperwork, their procedures, their Staff and Guards  and make sure everything is legitimate .Your depending on your management /supervisors for the information but when you get complaints and your people are not dealing with them ,Don't you think it's about time you do and get personally involved in it  ? Words and Promises to fix things mean absolutely nothing if their is no verifiable actions taken because talk is cheap and their has been plenty of talk .

Im also  grateful for Rip Off Report because without places like this our voice will never be heard especially when a company refuses to hear your  voice and obviously it is being heard because it is being noticed !

I am sorry for the expense that you have had with our agency.  Fresno is a new Division of our company.  Jeff is in charger of day to day operations,  I suggest that any employee for any company gets everything in writing.  I am unaware  of why you not have had this done.  If you email me I will attempt to address these issues for you.  However if you do not have an employee packet and you did not get anything in writing I am unaware if i could even help.  Please send me an Email and I will look into it.  SPECIALSERVICES2@AOL.COM
