My intent was to warn others about this company who is dishonest in their business practices. You missed the point of the complaint, regardless if a business is online or "brick and morter" ripping people off is not acceptable. I have multiple pictures from all angles of the phone prior to sending it. It had zero scratches and looked like my new phone right out of the box. I am not over stating and have proof of the condition of my phone. They gave an exact quote of $265.00 and I expect it to be paid or I want my phone back, it is that simple. 

I have had many honest business transactions online and will not let one dishonest online business stop me from using honest online businesses.

You sound like an angry person. This complaint was meant to help those shopping around to exchange their electronic devices. Since you clearly aren't doing that your rebuttal was pointless and useless. 

 The problem is that WE as the web ONLY have YOUR WORD that the phone was in the condition YOU claim it was. While they give you a quote the final amount is paid out on the ACTUAL condition of the phone. The ONLY WAY you would get the amount of the quote is if the phone had NOT been used at all and was still in its factory sealed box. But odds are that you USED said device and during its use, a FLAW was made on the phone. Even if its a TINY SCRATCH! Which would mean that THEY paid what the phone was WORTH due to the FLAWS they found. Which would mean that YOU have a different version of "Excellent Condition". Then YOU compound the issue by doing this all over the web. So there is ZERO accountability! YOU say it was PERFECT, THEY say that the device was well used. Well WHO has the device?? Oh that's right! THEY DO! Which means that you cant even prove that what YOU have posted is true!!! Im sure YOU can understand HOW you got screwed over. Part of it is that THEY have stricter standards, and THEY found that the quote they gave you is inaccurate due to flaws or defects that make the phone NOT in the condition YOU said it was. The other part is that YOU GAVE AWAY ANY RIGHTS by doing this all online!!! THEY are going to go over the phone with a magnifying glass and make sure there isn't ONE flaw. If ONE flaw is found then they pay YOU the lowest amount. If you wish to trade in a phone, DO IT IN A BRICK AND MORTAR STORE! You are going to get a good price for it and if YOU don't like the price YOU CAN WALK AWAY! YOU are a victim of your own love of all things online. Heres a thought, if YOU don't like being screwed over, STAY OFF THE WEB! Its ONLY going to get worse for people like YOU! Personally I do NO FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS ONLINE PERIOD! Sure its a cheaper price, but I believe in supporting MY LOCAL COMMUNITY!! The MORE that people spend their money online the LESS REAL JOBS that are going to be available for people in YOUR OWN CITY!!!
