Larry H. Miller companies hired me after inticing me away from a state job with an offer of a higher hourly wage. I worked for this company for five years, of loyal dedicated service. I even came in on my day off, off the clock to prepare titles for customers so the customer would be "satisfied".

One day I called a co-worker on her job performance, mainly her not doing her job, and I am the one who got fired. No written or verbal warning, no nothing, just leave. The employee whom I gotten into an argument with was blowing off going to the post office to take and pick up mail. I had at least five MSO's for customer vehicles, and at least two titles that customers needed to register and she was not going to go. These were all certified mailings.

Brad Francis knew that I had a family to support, a house and car payment, and numerous other obligations, and it was like "Oh well".

I come to find out that the job that I was doing for $12.00 an hour was given to another person for $7.00 an hour.

The business dealings I seen from the administrative side of the dealership was deplorable, but I never said anything. I myself have seen Salvage vehicles and titles being sold without disclosure. I seen customers leave their trade-in after buying another vehicle only to find out that thier credit couldn't pass so they were ordered to bring the unit back only to find out that the dealership already sold the trade to another dealership on a dealer trade.

They are notorious of obtaining a credit company that is owned by whom else, Larry H. Miller, and selling them a vehicle contract fto an unsuspecting customer at an interest rate that is anywhere from 18% on up. Namely Prestige Financial Services.

Brad Francis has such a huge turnover in his sales department, the sales person is any Joe Schmoe off the street that doesn't know his vehicles from a head of lettace. And we won't even get into the service department screw ups.

In the five years that I was employed there I never received a raise, only gotten more work that I was expected to do without overtime, and if it wasn't done, then I always had the fear of losing my job hanging over my head.

Also never once did Larry H. Miller ever come to NM to introduce himself to his employees or anything, but he sure wanted his money and his quarterly reports ASAP. He is all happy taking money from NM citizens, and offers nothing in return.

I will never purchase a vehicle from any Larry H. Miller dealership again!
