Larry H. Miller Toyota Albuquerque American Toyota American Toyota Refuses to Repair Known Defect Albuquerque New Mexico

My wife and I have purchased 4 NEW Toyotas from Larry H. Miller Toyota within the past 8 years. We purchased them from Sandra Dickson using the COSTCO Auto Purchasing Program. Our most recent purchase, a 2016 Toyota RAV has been a headache since the month we bought it. but Thefferential and/or transmission has had a whistle/whine sound when we take out foot off the accelerator. The problem has been acknowledged by Toyota Regional in Denver and LHM here in Albuquerque. They said they don't know how to fix the noise, but Toyota (National) is "looking into the problem". A Google search comes up with a LOT of RAV ow a vehicle with a known defect in some of their RAVs. ---- This problem has been reported for years by RAV owners across the country. In my opinion, a national class-action lawsuit might stop Toyota of their practice of continuing to sell RAVs with known problems/defects.
