I was sold a car which upon getting it home realized it had bigger issues than we noticed in a simple test drive, The headlights didnt work at night only during the day, the driver seat wasnt even bolted down, the dashboard lights were out, (didnt see that until night time) The windshield had a scratch which I thought I could live with, but upon doing some research I found the UHP doesnt allow it to pass safety with these issues,  LHM still didnt want to fix this vehicle and they were still putting plates on it?  

The key fob was not even programmed and they wanted another $100 to program it.  Upon further inspection it needed over $5000 dollars in repairs to make it pass safety and inspection and LHM wanted us to pay a $100 co-pay, which we refused and they corporate office gave us a check to pay the service center? ODD?? I say yes. and finally after they had our car for 9 of the first 13 days we had it they returned it to us with bolts missing from the center console (they were there before the repairs), and our 2 inch ball hitch I had in the back part of the vehicle, the ball was missing not the hitch itself.

I brought my own finacning even from a LHM company Prestige, and Orem Used cars would not take it said I had to use another company.  Citing I had to buy the warranty and Prestige would allow it.  They tell ies to jack up the price.
