Posted Rental vacation home on craigs list ..received the following e-mail responses:Subject: PAYMENT BREAK-DOWN

Hi,
How are you doing.this is to inform you that the payment was issued and was mailed out.However,my Sponsor added an over payment which is the delivery fee for the properties i am bringing over.My Sponsor is from the States...He assumed he was paying all the expenses so issued the payments all together.
So i believe i can trust you to handle this for me diligently and honestly?Please as soon as the payment gets to you,deduct the rental fee plus and additional $100 for yourself and help me have the rest sent to the DELIVERY COMPANY:so that they can have my luggage and other stuff delivered before my arrival.
The delivery fee will have to be sent over to the company via MONEY GRAM or WESTERN UNION.
So as soon as the payment gets to you my properties will be on it way.I will email back with the actual amount that was issued and sent.Also,with the Ups tracking # for the payment and the Delivery Company's Information from USA where you will send off the rest of the Money to.
