We purchased what was purported to be a NEW Ford engine from Larry at National Power Supply and wire transferred $ 7500.00 to them and when the engine arrived at our dealer it was a used and rusted engine.  When returned he claimed damage and missing parts and has refused to refund money.  We have learned that he travels with a man named Bob.  They have no inventory, office, nor land line phones.  They have no fixed addresses and are long time bunko artists.

I can't believe you would do something like that after all the low life deals they have pulled off. You can say what you want about larry if he was a honest man he would fist of all get rid of bob, and then straighten out his mess before his company goes belly up, if it hasnt yet.bob is a crook and a thief and always will be he has never worked a day in his life.I dont think we should even be writing these reports, all we try to do get revenge, but revenge is up to god, bob can rip off anybody he wants to, but he will not sweet talk our heavenly father above.

LARRY PRYOR MAKES FULL REFUND

AUTHOR: Bossou - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, June 23, 2010

This company National Power Supply's owner Larry Pryor made a full refund of our purchase price for the returned engine.  His partner Bob is an ill tempered, profane, childish acting fool.

I would again purchase an engine from Larry Pryor anytime!

Refunded customers payment

AUTHOR: Larry Pryor - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 22, 2010

National Power Supply provided a New Ford engine to customer at half of dealer cost. that engine was however not as our sales person described but was a new engine with new components. the Full amount was Refunded to customer. it did take over 90 days for refund, longer than anticipated as after we arranged return shipping back, when engine was received back, parts were off. the shipping company had lost, delivered to someone else and then redelivered and on and on. Once engine was repaired after return we refunded full amount. All too bad as this was built with the fixes and for the short falls of a 2003 6.0 Ford diesel engine that customer needed. a new customer has purchased same new engine and is more than happy with it.

National Power Supply provides many happy customers with Diesel engines and power solutions. for passenger truck to large Industrial engines as well as power generators. Most are more than happy but from time to time and as any business a disgruntled customer comes about. the refund on this engine did take longer than we would have liked but circumstances dictated the time frame. The refund has resolved issues with this customer. However statments made by customer are untrue and defamitory. National Power supply works with many partners and customers throughout the US and abroad. Any questions of our business can be answered at 509 895 2662 or 866 503 7090.

Thanks

Larry Pryor

Consumer Reply - Same situation - National Power - Larry Pryor

AUTHOR: Dana - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, March 02, 2010

Our company is close to being in the same situation.  I am waiting till the end of todays 3/2/10 business day for Larry Pryor to call me back and or see a refund in our bank account.   We ordered what was also purported to be a new diesel engine- complete crate engine 6.0L for a International Truck VT365 .   I wired funds on 2/11/10 for purchase and shipping.   On 2/16/10 late - truck freight showed up and delivered a junk engine.  We immediately called and called National Power Supply - Larry and Bob.  Bob stated it was a mistake from their supplier, and they must have accidentally sent a "core" engine.

Then as the days went on kept getting a "not clear" answer on where is the engine we were suppose to get.  Finally told us that the supplier would have "our " engine by Monday 2/22/10 and then they could ship to us by Friday 2/26/10  With no engine arriving - Called on Monday 3/1/10 and informed Larry I want our money back and they are liars.  He said he would wire our funds back.  As of 3/2/10 I do not have a wire YET, nor any phone calls returned.

Bob specifically committed Fraud by telling me they had 3 or 4 of these engines in the beginning.  When in fact they don't or I would have rec'd one.

I am wondering if the previous consumer has pressed charges, or what in fact has happened.  I am going to be calling the District Atty's office and finding out how to proceed with charges.  Thank you.
