I entered into a Consignment Agreement with Marc Richard Brattin (Las Vegas Choppers) on May 18, 2012 to Sale my Custom Motorcycle. I delivered the motorcycle in near flawless condition with on 943 miles. 4 months
later after numerous promises of payment I was forced to contact the police and re-take possession of my motorcycle. I was shocked when I learned the bike had been laid over (wrecked) and was being used as a rental for $300/day. It now has 3200 miles with several thousand dollars of damage and Marc will not return my
Title, Plate or repair the bike. Therefore, I am forced to take legal action and inform the public along with others that Marc Richard Brattin is not someone to do business with.
